I am pleased to hear that you do not have to necessarily incur excessive overhead costs to start a business. I like the stories of people who have vision and humble beginning and believe in themselves above all and succeed. Where can I buy this book?

Great advice with regards in saving money on technology by utilizing email and video conferencing. In today's Google world it so easy and inexpensive for example using GMAIL's built in chat with video is ideal. The author's advice with regard to being compassionate to the customer's needs is essential. The touch with feeling approach works!

Renegotiating and/or refinancing is a good idea whether you are running your own business or not; saving money is never a bad thing. I do agree that utilizing email is a great way to share information for cheap, but depending on the product, conventional mail may be better. If the primary client base is old school, regular mail may be preferred; a lot of old school engineers I know NEED a hard copy of any information given to them. Also, do not overlook the impact that a personal touch can have when dealing with clients. Hand-written thank yous and personal emails (NOT canned responses) often resonate with people.
