This year is a big year for me as I plan to do tons of things that I love and try out. I don’t really have any complaints right now. I am already learning alot about myself and what I like to do and just don’t have the passion for. One big goal that I planned last year that I want to get going is writing a book about my adventure next year. There are many things that I want to write about and have made a rough outline of the chapters, but still I haven’t wrote shit, well just 2 pages on notebook paper.
I want it to be perfect
With all of the thinking that I have done I know that the book is going to be amazing. But still thinking of the best idea and way to start the book has left me feeling depressed about writing. I also don’t want to have to do double work, meaning that I write on paper and then type it out on the computer. I feel more comfortable typing while not at home, but I have to get out of the comfort level and just start. At times I think about the amount of writing involved and if I would have enough of thought to write about.
Setting a goal to write
I believe what is going to help me get going is setting goals and making deadlines. So with that said I am going to write for 30 minutes 3 times per week. After a couple of weeks I will increase the amount of times per week and then the amount of minutes. I also think that I am going to do some research on a couple of the concepts that I plan to put in the book, so this process should have some goals and deadlines as they arise.
